Camber Longboards

Camber longboards are a great ride. There is nothing like the feeling of making a carve and have the flex pop introduced to your turns. It is one of the new top sellers. We can put a camber in any shape or graphic. Our Camber longboards are made of 7 ply Canadian maple. Fiber glass will be a ne addition to our longboard line we will be offering in late 2012. Currently we are making the traditional longboard maple concave. We only press and glue up wood we don't start with a flat sheet of wood. Our plys are hand picked from our top shop workers. There is a ton that goes into making custom longboards and most that try end up buying from us since when they find out how hard it is and realize that it is easier to buy them and sell them.

With our new epoxy fiber line next year we will be taking further strides in providing you with qulity American made procut for a great price.

Bamboo Longboards are great but it does not put American to work. We are now putting more Americans to work by adding our new longboard Truck line that will be released in 2 months. Or sooner. That is right a longboard truck allowing you to buy American made skateboard trucks designed by a skateboard manufacturer for the longboard industry. We will have the best price on the net and compete with the overseas longboard truck brands

Our technology is so advanced to product high end longboards we don't allow factory tours to just anybody. We have made so many advances in manufacturing longboards we have had to keep our technology secret even from our own workers.

From glueing the longboards to cutting out the shape on a cnc machine we dont outsource any of the production. We do it all inhouse even the printing. Most skateboard makers buy the heat transfers from overseas. We make them here in our factory giving even more work to American workers.

Our whole goal is to bring longboard skateboard manufacturing back to whre it all started!
